Nirbhaya, the fearless

Fearless is answer for nation’s shame,
Pulled from a hiding in buses of lusts.
With drawer open we can’t be fearless.

We still taste a  suffering that is exact.
Readings go erratic on a desire’s back,
Shame not going away on fearless act.

(Recalling Philip Larkin’s poem Deceptions and India’s new deterrent rape law called Nirbhaya Act)
