Death in the court

He was fighting his court case.
A fat chance he had ever had

Of getting that prime property.
It was hot in  beastly weather.

A tree stood gnarled in court,
Tree that hardly gave a shade

From leaves to old barren hair.
No body has property dispute

About trees in court premises.
The judge is bald by old cases.

At noon, his heart attacks him
And he is now three days dead.
